After an original phone meeting to ensure we are a good fit for you, we will arrange a consultation visit to your home. We will help you by attaching prices to your ideas and determine several options for you to choose from.

The final scope of work you are looking for, will determine what needs to be done and who needs to be involved.

Any work we do will be in compliance with the National Building Code and Municipality legal permitting.  We have qualified and well priced professionals in all these areas.

Interior Design is critical to a successful project. Your design package will include all aspects of the work being conducted.

We have several tiers of design packages that will depend on the scope of work you are looking for. 

 Having a completed plan with a selection of materials before the project begins, will cut the renovation timeline down considerably. 

The hero of the story will be (without doubt) the Project Manager.

Our Project Manger will handle all aspects of production. This includes ordering materials, scheduling, trade management, and payments.

Of equal importance, the Project Manager will be available for any changes, ideas, or concerns that you have during the renovation. 

 You will have front row seats for the project with our construction management software on your phone.
